Do you offer bulk rate discounts?
Yes, we offer very competitive discounts for bulk orders.

Can we purchase gift cards on terms?
Because gift cards are a cash product, we require payment up front on all orders. We accept payment via all major credit cards, company checks or ACH; whichever is most convenient for you.
Do you allow co-branding on gift cards?
Currently, we do not offer any co-branding opportunities on our gift cards. However, our gift card itself is multi-branded with our restaurant logos.
Where can MRG gift cards be redeemed?
Our gift cards can be redeemed at all participating Bennigan's, Bennigan's SPORT, Bonanza Steakhouse, Ponderosa Steakhouse, Steak and Ale, 29° Tavern, Plano Tavern and Southlake Tavern locations within the United States.
When can we expect to receive the gift cards once our order has been submitted?
Orders received Monday through Friday by 5pm are processed the same day, after 5pm will be processed the next business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Can we use your restaurant logos, trademarks or name?
All requests to use our logos, trademarks and restaurant names in any type of marketing materials require the written approval of Metromedia Restaurant Group. Please call 1-800-727-8355 for more information.
Expiration terms for gift cards are based on the laws of the state in which the gift card is redeemed. No card will expire in less than three years or within a maximum of five years from the last transaction.
We do not charge dormancy or monthly fees on our gift cards.
Can gift cards be redeemed at international locations?
No. At this time the cards can only be redeemed in the Continental United States.

What denominations are your gift cards offered in?
Our gift cards come in $10, $25, $50 and $100 denominations.
Can I choose a specific denomination not listed above?
Yes, gift cards may be purchased in any amount of your choice up to $150 per card when purchased by the phone at 1-800-727-8355.
Will you replace lost or stolen gift cards?
Lost or stolen cards will only be replaced if the gift cards are registered and we can verify the balance amount on the card(s).
What are your shipping charges?
We offer free 1st class shipping via USPS for any order under $299.99, Ground for $5.95, 2nd day shipping for $9.95, overnight shipping for $14.95, or overnight with Saturday delivery for $19.95 via DHL.
When can we expect to receive our gift cards once our order has been submitted?
Orders placed on line, before 8 am Central Time will be processed and shipped the next business day. All phone orders placed before 2 pm Central Time will be processed and shipped the same business day.
Where can MRG gift cards be redeemed?
Our gift cards can be redeemed at all participating Bennigan's, Bennigan's SPORT, Bonanza Steakhouse, Ponderosa Steakhouse, Steak and Ale, 29° Tavern, Plano Tavern and Southlake Tavern locations within the United States.

How can I check my gift card balance?
You may inquire about the balance of any gift card by calling the toll free number on the back of the card 1-888-281-2462 or go to the Card Care/Reload section of this site.
Can I send a personal message on my gift?
Yes, you may add a personal note or message to your order at no additional charge
Can I order a gift card online and pick it up at my local restaurant?
At this time we are unable to fulfill online orders through our restaurant locations. As an alternative, gift cards are available for purchase at all participating restaurant locations.
Can I add money to my existing gift card?
Yes, you can add any amount to your card, as long as the total balance on any one card (including the additional monies) does not exceed $150. To add money to your card please call 1-800-727-8355 or visit the Card Care/Reload section of this site.
Will I receive a confirmation number or message when placing my order?
Yes, order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be received via email.
